Due to Covid-19 our free initial consultations can be conducted by phone. All in-person meetings will be conducted in accordance with CDC guidelines: masks will be worn and social distancing will be observed. Our building also has reduced office hours of 8:30 – 2:00, M-F. Appointments outside of office hours are available.
The shutdowns and social distancing enacted in response to the global pandemic have also affected our governmental agencies, including our court system. Bankruptcy proceedings are being conducted by conference call. Civil trials have been postponed where possible. Jury selection has resumed but at a slower pace. This means that cases will likely take longer and a backlog may develop.
