Due to Covid-19 our free initial consultations can be conducted by phone. In-person meetings may also be scheduled by calling our office or sending us an email. Appointments outside of office hours are available.
The Courts
The shutdowns and social distancing enacted in response to the global pandemic have also affected our governmental agencies, including our court system. Bankruptcy proceedings are being conducted by conference call. Civil trials have been postponed where possible. Jury selection has resumed but at a slower pace. This means that cases will likely take longer and a backlog may develop.
